BECCA x CHRISSY

I am sure you all remember the Becca x Jaclyn Hill collaboration, I certainly do, especially because I never bought it!! So when the Becca x Chrissy palette was announced, I knew it had a lot to live up to within the beauty world, but also that there was no stopping me from buying it!

There was so much hype around this palette, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. At £45 it includes, two highlighters, one blush and one bronzer; which I think is a fair price point, especially given the size of the two highlighter pans. All powders are highly pigmented, and provide long lasting wear; it lasts on my skin (normal/dry) all day long without budging or loosing pigmentation on the skin. They apply and blend so smoothly, which is important for me with products, I’m not a fan of products that are super hard to work with.

The packaging is an absolute dream, and won me over from the very start! The top exterior is rose gold/pink marble, and on the inside a huge mirror and rose gold around the pans. It certainly looks and feels very luxurious and expensive, and is a gorgeous piece to add to your collection.

As Chrissy has a warm skin tone, I was worried about this palette being too dark for me, however I haven’t found this problem at all. The bronzer is not too orange for my skin, but I do apply the blusher very lightly to ensure I don’t have bright pink cheeks! Both highlighters are gorgeous when applied, and only a very small amount is needed as they are ridiculously pigmented!

Overall, I think this palette is an absolute summer must-have, for a gorgeous glow all summer long!! I’d love to know who else has got this palette, and if you’re loving it too!

Love,

Frances xxx
