2016 GOALS- revisited..

2016 goals blog2So we are now coming up to the end of our 6th month in the year, not sure where that time has gone?!

My 2016 Goals post was only the third blog post I wrote, so I thought seeing as we are around half way through the year I would do a little throwback to this blog post and let you know how well (or not well..) I have done with the goals I set myself. If you didn’t see the original post, you can read it here.

I am just going to go through each of my goals one by one and let you know how I am doing with them, so lets get going!

1. Positivity

This was such an important goal for me, as I had gone through such a weird/stressful time in the previous year. I feel like I have definitely become more of the person that I was and am much more positive towards what I can achieve, and my blog/YouTube has definitely been a part to play in this as I have been complimented by so many people on it. When people show a real interest in something you do, it makes such a difference, so thank you to each and every one of you who has ever mentioned anything about my blog/YouTube channel to me!

2. Exercise

Unfortunately this is as unachieved goal, I have really struggled with managing to build a blog and working full time. In all honesty, I am completely exhausted! And any other spare time besides that I want to spend with my boyfriend, so this is definitely something that still needs working on. I still can’t explain how much I need to get back in the dance studio!

3. Organisation

I need to be honest with myself here… I am never going to be the most organised egg in the basket. But, I do think I have become a lot better!! Even things like getting all of my things ready for work the night before are big steps for me, haha!

4. Early Nights

I have definitely sorted my sleeping pattern out, working full time and not having a regular sleeping pattern soon caught up with me!

5. Save Money

Finally.. on to the biggest thing that I had to achieve this year! Unfortunately I live in an area where the cost of living is ridiculously extortionate, but I am so proud of myself for how much I have managed to save. The only downside to this is that this is all going to be wiped away from me in a matter of days as I give it all away to move into a new flat with my boyfriend. Sad, in terms of money, but SO exciting in many other ways!!!

Whilst I haven’t achieved all of my goals yet, I honestly think the main thing is is that I am happy and healthy, the rest will come with time!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful 2016 so far.
